Glenys Reeves
Glenys’ professional experience spans close to 30 years with the majority of her work being in Human Services. She has provided consulting, coaching and mediation services to organizations and businesses from a variety of sectors in the human services field including health, social services and the post-secondary education sectors. She also has worked in the area of family law as a family law mediator as well as has provided coaching services to individuals transitioning through the process of separation and divorce.

Glenys has a variety of management and leadership experiences ranging from frontline manager to senior leader. This in combination with her educational qualifications, MA (Leadership) and training as a Certified Executive Coach assists her to customize her work based on the needs of the organization she is working with. Her commitment to leadership and team development assists organizations to achieve outstanding results.

Glenys has developed and facilitated customized professional training, provided executive coaching services, led strategic planning using LEAN methodology and has experiences in assessment and consultation on organizational culture that ensures effective strategies for change.

Glenys holds the Professional Certified Coach designation from the International Coach Federation and is a licensed trainer for Coaching Out-of the-Box Coaching 5/5/5 program. She is a member of the Canadian College for Health Leaders and has her LEADS In-House specialist certification through them. In addition she can conduct and debrief EQ-i and EQ 360 reviews through Multi-Health Systems. Glenys has obtained the designation of Certified Divorce Coach.

Her passion for building strong organizations through effective leadership and high performance teams is evident in every engagement she undertakes.
